# Introduction to NNC ### Introduction Narwhal Node Club (or NNC for short) is a NFT project created on the Avalanche network. Its goal is to provide the holders of the NFT with a stable, passive income, as well as creating a fun experience for all. This will be done through the utility attributed with the NFT. For example, being able to win prizes from the weekly giveaways, breeding NFTs to create nodes & our very own P2E game! We also have in production a brand new protocol, [Arctic Finance](/narwhal-node-club-nnc-white-paper/arctic-finance.md) in which our node project will be held. The nodes will be integrated into NNC itself, all in the form of baby narwhals. We are excited to finally bring this project to life and share it with you all! ### Visions & Goals The team here at NNC strive for two main objectives. A solid & stable passive income for all our holders, and an overall fun experience brought to the world of DeFi. The first is to be completed via our treasury investments post-mint. We will invest in a wide variety of yield bearing assets to give back to our holders, whilst also compounding a portion of the rewards to forever increase the profits. This in turn makes holding the NFT more valuable as time goes on as rewards will always increase! Our second objective will be achieved through the utility the NFT brings to its holders. From the ability to participate in weekly giveaways, to growing your own baby narwhal nodes which provide the user with stable rewards (to be released in V2), and our very own P2E game! We also have a strong passion to influence the real world, not just the crypto space. We will be designating a portion of our profits every week to various different arctic and marine life charities. We want to ensure we are having a positive impact on the world whilst providing our holders with their many benefits. ### Arctic Collection This white-paper will also brush up on a couple topics from our upcoming DaaS protocol.
